Thank you. I am now just waiting to hear back from either one.

Man, I had two interviews a few weeks ago, and one of them had me take a drug test. I have not heard back from either one by now, and I am not even going to bother to call them back. All of these rejections sure can make someone feel unwanted.

Yeah. I went to a Target that is closer to my home, and I found one of the managers from my old Target that I liked. He offered me work, and I am think about going back to talk to him about it. I am thinking about going back, and continue to work at the movie theater in the evenings. I will go back and see if I can talk to the manager at Target to see if that is possible.

Today at work, and I ran into one of my old classmates from high school. When he told me what he is doing, I felt so lousy. Him and his wife are teaching English in Thailand.

I almost got a Wii today, from the Target that is closer to my house. They had 5 of them in their video game case, and I was in the store around noon. I wanted to get it, but I still don't have a lot of money to be spending on such an item. I did talk to that manager, and I am going to be appling for work at that Target, after I talk to the managers at the movie theater. I was told be a co-worker, who has been working there for a while, that I might be getting more hours once school starts. I just need to get money, and I don't care how I do it.

how much money do they pay if you're the team leader of a department?? I don't want to go back to the school and I know my local target is hiring, but if they can't pay me $10 an hour and benefits for being full-time then it's not worth it.

If I remember correctly, a team leader earns $3 more dollars than a team member, and the team member is at minimum wage. I know the minimum wage is different in every state, but it was just over $10 and a full time schedule for a team leader here in Oregon. There is a Specialist, which is a full-time position between Team Member and Team Leader, and they get $9 an hour.
I just re-applied at the Target that is closer to my house today.

A couple of days ago, I was driving past a garage, and I thought I saw my first car for sale. I went back to the garage, and it was the very same car that I sold 5 or 6 years ago. They wanted $1,650 for it, OBO. I only sold it for $500 back then. The interior is better than when I sold it, and they did a lot of work under the hood. I thought about buying it back, and I am still thinking about it. I just can't afford to buy a second car. It was just nice to see it again, and find out that it had not been wrapped around a telephone pole.

Well, I heard from the person I sold my old 74 Dodge Dart to, that he sold it, and that new owner blew the engine, so I think I will pass on my buying my old car again.
A few days after that, my automatic transmission started to give me trouble. I found out that it would not shift into the fourth gear, and the car was not going higher than 35 mph. Luckily, I was not on the highway when this happened. I get it to the dealership, and it got repaired. I am really lucky that my warranty covered the repair. I thought my warranty had expired because of letters I had received from Ford and other companies. I also had an oil change chain do some basic service to my car, and I thought they might void my warranty because of that. I had a 60,000 mile warranty, and my car has 56,200 miles on it.
I also got declined for a portion opportunity at Target. I tried for the electronic specialist again. I think this was the fourth time I have tried for that position at 2 different Target location.
Take care, and I will catch everyone later.

Well, I just got passed working the holidays my 2 jobs. I was working 60 to 70 hours a week, and I am so tired. I have not been able to be on-line as much as I have in the past because of it. For some reason, I have been feeling really depressed lately though.

Well, I quit my job at the movie theater in the middle of March after working one hell week during Valentine's Day week. I didn't have an entire day off for just about 2 weeks. Now I am just working at Target again.

Well, I have been back from a vacation to see my girlfriend for about 3 days now. It was a very interesting trip. I got to meet her entire family, and let them know that I am her boyfriend after she has been hiding for under 3 years. Her father is a retired Marine, she described him to be very stern, and she was worried he would throw her out of the house. He and I got along pretty well, and we even agreed about some situations that she has been involved with. I spent a bit of time with her family. One of the scariest parts of the trip had to be the storm that came into town after her graduation, and having to hide from the Tornado that touched down in that county. Luckily, her parents let me stay in their basement for that night instead of me hotel. After spending as much time with her family, I asked her father one of the biggest questions a boyfriend can ask. I am sure everyone here can guess what that question is.
