what grade do you want to teach? I want to eventually be a college professor, but I'm going to start out with high school (I would prefer Juniors or Seniors.)

when i was thinking about being a teacher that's the grade level I wanted...more capable of having intellectual conversations at that age...doesn't mean they will have them though, haha.

If I was a teacher, I wouldn't mind teaching younger grades, but I know it would be a lot of work.

I help teach a kindergarten class. it's quite fun, but I wouldn't want to do the older elem grades...mouthy little fuckers they are!

It all depends on how the teacher keeps order in the class.

I am not opposed bringing that back either, but I would only use it as a last resort.

I thought in some places it was still allowed.

I thought in some places it was still allowed. It might be, but I don't know of any.

I thought it was in private schools?

that would make sense, because I'm sure when a person goes to a private school there's a release form they have to sign, haha.

Quick Update:
-Been working my ass off on my Literacy project. I should finish tonight.
-The job is going ok. I get a decent amount of hours, and I have time to do homework. The tourist season is starting to pick up though, so that is going to suck.
-I haven't been called back to substitute since the week before spring break because of spring break itself and now the kids are doing KIRIS testing. I still haven't received my first paycheck from them. I'm getting kinda pissed about that.
-My dog, Lola, has a yeast infection in her ear. I have to rub this gooey stuff inside her ear with my hands to kill the infection. It's fucking nasty.
-I have become addicted to "5 Hour energy" drinks. *does Cornholio impression* "T.P. for my bunghole!!!!"

How do you get a yeast infection in a ear?

How do you get a yeast infection in a ear? Well, she dragged an old wet blanket and a dead squirrel into her doghouse and slept on it. It's been raining a lot here lately, so the blanket never dried out. It caused her to get an infection in her ear.
